As in up! To the Upper Penninsula. Mimi is headed to a women’s mountain biking clinic in Copper Harbor. Friends are joining up, for the clinic and to ride with Bob. Gerry the Alto gets to come and we will be camping at Fort Wilkins State Park.

This trip will be practice set up of the awning, the top piece of which is complete. No sides yet,  but the keder rail is sewn on, with the tent pole sleeve and some tabs for rope to the stakes. Mimi has been somewhat laid up to to an unfortunate, yes, due to a mountain biking, injury. The sides of the awning are on hold for now.

Can’t wait to see how it all works out. Will update during or shortly after trip!
